NanoArmor 2.0 AWKCR_AE patch

$

User requested mod.

I got a request for a standalone AWKCR/AE crafting patch for Vasstek’s NanoArmor 2.0, so I made one (Vasstek’s assets used with permission). Before people get a hate on and I get pounded with comments that Gambit77 already has a compatibility patch (Prototypes Extended) that includes NanoArmor 2.0, let me first say I know, it’s a great patch, and I use it in my own game. However, in many cases and for various reasons, not everyone needs, wants, or is able to use all of the mods associated with Gambit’s multi-mod AE patches. Also, not everyone is able to work in FO4edit to edit Gambit’s patches or make patches of their own (I only just recently learned myself). For this reason, I present this standalone crafting patch, not in conflict with Gambit’s broader patch, but as an alternative.

Reqiurements:
This patch requires users to install and activate the following master files before installing this patch.
NanoArmor 2.0 StandAlone
Armor and Weapons Keyword Community Resources
Armorsmith Extended (versions 1.71 & 2.75 at the time of posting).

Details:
This patch was built by deconstructing Gambit77’s Armorsmith Protypes Extended patch and with reference to the tutorials and forum posts that he has generously provided. I couldn’t have made this without the work done by Gambit77 and Valdacil on AE/AWKCR. If you want to give someone credit or thanks, if you haven’t already done so, visit their mods and profiles, endorse and award kudos.

This patch mirrors the structure and functionality of Prototypes Extended but is limited to the NanoArmor 2.0.

If you’ve got the available mod space, I highly recommend checking out Prototypes Extended and it’s parents mods and trying them out in your game. I use all of them and they’re all great.

Enjoy.

All of my Nano variations, additions, and patches.

Slooty Vault Suit – Color Edition

$

I got bored of the color choices that came with the Slooty Vault Suit. DixiePig only had 3 color choices and you could only use one at a time. I asked to make a color choosable version and this is what was made.

All colors made by DixiePig are included. I made 5 other color options; orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. The options are changeable from the armor workbench under the color category (shows up under original because the armor has the original color mod on it).

This supports and requires the Male Addon made by nivea. Also requires the Slooty Vault Suit mod by DixiePig.

[IMPORTANT]

-I recommend not using any retexture from the original mod page. The “Original” color option is whatever you have for the original Sloot Suit. Any retexture will replace the original vault suit color option provided by default. I will not add another option just for that color.
-The textures are in 4k quality (Vinyl ones are 2k). I have not made mip-maps for the textures, so they will always be at max resolution. As someone who barely runs Fallout 4, I can tell you this will make absolutely no difference unless EVERYONE is wearing the suit. The screenshots shown also have the N and S textures at 4k with no mip-maps. If it get’s to be where it doesn’t look good, I may go back and provide a mip-map version of the textures.

[INSTALLATION] -Download and install the Slooty Vault Suit mod with NMM or manually.
-Download and install the Slooty Vault Suit – Male addon mod with NMM or manually.
-Download and install this mod with NMM or manually.
-Go to a chemistry station and craft the Slooty Vault Suit.
-Go to an armor workbench and select the color option of your choice. [UPDATES] -I will, at some point, create a naming rule for the Slooy Vault Suit that changes the name with the color of the suit. I have made one of these before on my Standalone Colored Underwear mod so this should be a cakewalk for me. It’s just getting around to it that I’m not sure when I want to. [NOTES]

-Having a version of the Sloot Suit before installing this will not show up with the “Original” modification on it. When you go to change the color, it will show the mod list but it will not have a mod on it.
-Crafting the Sloot Suit is the same as the original mod. Chemistry station under “Healing”.
-Color mods have no requirements or items needed to make the color.
-I welcome uploading pictures (both male and female)
-I didn’t realize people already made some other recolors. If someone wants to include them in this, they need to get a hold of the person who made those recolors. I will not be responsible for contacting them to include their textures.
-I feel like there’s stuff I’m forgetting but I have no clue what it is.

Power HD Paintings

Here im again, i wanted to do that after doing the Retextures of the Power Armors, this is my first standalone mod i have ideas to make others so that being said here two things:

first, im in process of learning so if have any bug or any problem with the paintings let me know and i will try to fix the better and fastest i can.

second, please take in consideration that i will always try to improve my mods, all of them, i just need time to learn more to do it, i ever do the best i can on the momment i release a mod, so be patient and if the textures or the style is not for you consider to just use contructive comments, in fact i improved alot for reading them.

Now about the mod, this started as a joke really, i just wanted something different on my power armors, specially for combinating them but i get to start to love doing this mod and i learn even more in the process.

i made all the power armors skins, but the special things i tried to work more is the helmets and making them combine with the parts you can combine with the power armors, like legs of a t-60 x-01 body t-51 shoulders or t-60 etc…

Again The Textures are 2k like all my others textures.

Install:

1. Along the way, the “My Documents / My Games / Fallout 4” Fallout4Prefs.ini find the file and edit it: [Launcher] add “bEnableFileSelection = 1” (without the quotes)
2. Save and close.
4.right-click, select “Properties” and note “read-only”.

i really recommend to use the list of mods bellow to have a more immersive power armor gameplay.

P.A.M.S (recommended the Hydraulic version, its fantastic)
Dilapidated Frames the best frame i found until now
Power Armor helmet style the must have for immersion in first person when playing for immersion in first person when playing
More Power Armour Mods Amazing mod and
More Power Armour Mods Amazing mod and made The PA alot more useful
Power Armor Animation Changes Fantastic mod i cant play without him anymore

and Thanks to koojinn for his mod the best mod overhaul out there, that i used some textures to start my mods.

thanks too to Unpainted t45 standalone by Bordraw

and again sorry for any bad english, its not my native language.

This armor mod is standalone, not a replacer.

Name: Heart Mask
Date: 2/14/2016
Last Updated: 2/14/2016
Category: Armor
Author: MikeMoore

VALENTINES DAY – HEART MASK

Yes hello, this is Mike. I give you Valentines Day gifts, a heart helmet with a smiley face on it.

Raiders Spawn with it.

I made this in 40 minutes at 4 in the morning.

Fuck

Fucking.. What do you want from me, I’ll add mods to it, make you shoot lasers out the eyes. Not harmful lasers though, like love lasers, you can bring peace to the wasteland through your fiery glare of love, raiders will fall to their knees under their new found realization that love is real.

eyyy

– Ah, a custom mesh? You must be one of those psychos using 3DS Max.

– No, infact. Everything in this mod was created using open source software, I used Blender to make the mesh. If you’d like a tutorial on how to do this yourself, I’ve made a video just for you.

– This is dumb.

– Yes.

– Kill yourself

– No.

Lighter Better Armor Sets

Lighter Better Armor Sets

This mod is for those who think that the classic armor sets are made redundant far to soon in the game because of the overwhelming advantages of
power armor frames and peices. They weight nothing, increace carry weight ans so on. Therefore I changed some values of the classic armor sets to make them much more lighter and stronger but still more or less realistic.

Every armor upgrade weight (from normal to sturdy or heavy) and almost every mod weight (for example: alloyed/ studden/ polymer/ shadowed) has been changed.

Fore example a fully upgraded Heavy Metal Chest Piece now weights about 15 pounds instead of I don’t know 35 and has a damage resistance of 60.

What has been done (with F04Edit) :

Lighter pieces and upgrades for leather/metal/combat armor sets
lighter standard mods for them

# I didn’t changed the misc mods at all. I suggest you do not use the lighter build misc mods
unless you want to have rediculusly light armor pieces

more damage and energy resistance for leather/metal/combat/raider/synth

# raider and synth armor pieces are also more resistant for balance purposes but I didn’t changed their weights for I don’t use them.
If you want me to reduce their weights aswell, write it in the comments.

v0.1.1 changed helmets/gasmasks and full body armor stats.

Notes/Compatibility :
-this makes the game a bit easier so I suggest you use it alongside damage changing mods like Realistic Survival Damage or Abitration.
-now armor makes a serious difference instead of just the level of an opponent
-this is compatible with armorsmith extended (in version 0.1 I didn’t touch helmets, underwear, spike and cage armor in order to provide maximal compatibility.
-version 0.1.1 is not fully compatible (see file description)
-you can use it with mods which alter the apperance/colore of armor pieces as long as they don’t change resistance
-usable with mods that add armors like Reilly’s Rangers Combat Armor (standard mods will be lighter while their base damage values stay the same)
-I didn’t tested it with more armor slots mod but it should work

Meshes combo for Cage Armor helmet.
There is no more gap on the back on the neck for some other armors than Cage or Spike armor.
You need AWKCR and Armorsmith Extended and this mod must be loaded after these 2 mods.
There are 2 version: brown vanilla and black.
You can craft them in Armorsmith Workbench under HeadGear category.

Update 1.2 – WIP (UNRELEASED)

Adding wild selection to CUTE system, including tactical vests, backpacks, and headgears.
Currently in the final stage – adding/balancing properties to the huge number of items.

Only fit for female body at this moment, will be released soon. (Male body taking additional time)

*If anyone is willing to make a male conversion, welcome to contact me. Due to the lacking of time, I will only do things in the order I see fit.

Update 1.1 (Current Version)

– Added 3 variations of C.U.T.E Headgear (light, regular, full-head)

Most of the helmet upgrades are not available in light version; Combat hood and combat helmet upgrade are only available for full-head version; Beret is only available for regular and full-head version.
The inconvenience here is all because of the HAIR – currently I don’t have better solution.

– Custom made model for adding headlamp to most of the helmet upgrade, including the stupid vault security helmet options (yeah, I kinda messed it up, on the central top of it was a terrible idea)

NOTE: The flipped goggle upgrades are only available when you have a helmet upgrade.
NOTE2: The flashlight on headgear ARE NOT DONE. It is NOT A BUG, but something I will finish it ASAP.

– Added 2 variation of Nano goggle; A Nano Mask (breather); A new variation of SA4 goggle; A Face of Death Mask as new upgrades

Special thanks for the modders who have granted me the permission to create those upgrades in v1.1:
Nanosuit 5.0 by vasstek
Face of Death Skull Bandana by mikeSinke

Also a new file has been added: CUTE Addons (For partially authorized models, which will contain all the addons requires original mods to work)

– Added the famous Boba Fett Jetpack from Star Wars.

Requires the original mod Boba Fett Jetpack – the amazing work of xxdeathknight72xx who has created a lot of beautiful models. Thanks for his permission to use the model in CUTE.

And the full list of credits was listed below, I’d never forget how you guys had helped me, sincerely appreciated. :)

The Development and Description –

The development of “Personal Jetpack” 2.0 was started in the idea of combining wide in-game options, such as different jetpack models, different sizes, different flame models by modifying it on workbench, — which was a very small goal.

Then I discovered a WONDERFUL mod “Shade Assault Armour IV” made by Whiteshades, the stunning models revealed a possibility to create a mod contains customized tactical choices, yet I do not have the skill to create any model like that. Luckly Whiteshades not only allowed me to use her amazing models, but also shared a lot of knowledge with me. I’d like take this opportunity to thank her as much as I can.

Therefore, in this version of “Personal Jetpack” is actually not only a jetpack mod anymore, for the users who want to keep it simple and only use the jetpack functionality and optional choices for jetpack, just leave the other upgrade alone.

In short: A single piece of armor, with wide diversity is what I wanted to present to you in this mod.

Customized Universal Tactical Equipment (C.U.T.E.) –

Briefly introduction

Acquiring: Creating the base item from Chem lab, under ultilities tab. Currently there are slot 61 and slot 58 version of it.

For the base item “Universal Tactical Equipment” (as a tactical harness), there are different categories of upgrade choices:
(All can be done with armor workbench)

P.S. EVERY modification doesn’t only visually change the CUTE, but also has ACTUAL function.

Modification categories

1. Backpack – Personal Jetpack (as the old version), SA4 Jetpack (black re-textured), Vanilla-style Jetpack, 5 ranks of Traveler backpack (from “Wearable Backpacks”), Stealth Boy Field.

2. Belt – Combat armor belt; Leather armor belt; SA4 armor belt

3. Holster and Sidearm – holster alone, or with a sidearm. (2 sizes are available, L size is for male character)

4. Fast Reloading Magazine Pouches – Increases reloading speed. (4 ranks)

5. Radio – Unlock V.A.N. perk, and AP regeneration.

6. Spared Grenades – 1 and 2. Increases explosion radius, as well as damage for 2nd rank upgrade.

7. Shoulder Mounted Accessories:
a. Tactical Flashlight: fully support in 1st/3rd person view, containing all the vanilla variations.
b. Advanced Sensor: Comes with Recon, Targeting Hud, IFF Targeting Hud, Movement Detection (slow time) Sensors

Plus a temporary category “eyewear”, which will be reassign for Tactical Headgear in future update:
Which contains – Night Vision goggle, Recon Goggle, IFF Recon Goggle (aiming only), IFF Recon Goggle (constant).

To do list

1. Customized Universal Tactical Equipement: Headgear – quite done.
2. Didn’t finish adding different flame effect in first release, only an unseen FX by the default. (the rest will come with different modifications in the future)
3. Different functionalities/parameters for each type of Jetpack – Currently impossible, due to the imperfection of FO4Edit pre-alpha. Will keep updating.
4. Keep adjusting the models, mostly for the male model and flame effect. (That’s only a visual problem)
5. Asking for permission to add more gadgets into this platform.

Known Issues

1. Some model will “EXPAND and TWISTED” with body movement, such as the Belts. Please tell me if you know how to fix it, much appreciated.
2. Visual clipping in some items, it takes time to fix them one by one.

Credits –

Jetpack model from Compact Jetpack created by J3litzkrieg, who is the long supporter to me since my first jetpack mod.
Shade Assault Armour IV created by WhiteShades, who also provided me a lot of technical supports as mentioned. And thanks 2pac4eva7 for porting the models into FO4 format. PS. The list of authors of each part will be listed below.
Leather Torso Armor Replace – Belt Variation created by Eferas
Tactical Weapon Lamps – BETA created by stabcops
Wearable Backpacks and Pouches created by Aldebaran90

Original authors who created the models used in SA4:
– exeter : neck chain
– epock : radio mesh and textures
– Bunsaki : bags mesh and textures
– Izumiko : top and bottom(s) mesh + textures and ofc the T6M body
– Sinblood : boots mesh and textures
– Redline_C64 : belt mesh and textures
– Kenkuro and AlexScorpion : Holster mesh and textures

My most thanks to all the modders who helped me to make this.

In need of your support –

I am not able to create a model by myself, to edit them in order to make them work as intention is already beyond me, so if there’s anyone kind enough to help me adjusting current visual clipping (especially in male model), I will be very very appreciated.

C02 Assault Armor

First of all, sorry about my english, it’s not my native language.

I’m trying to do a military character to play with shotguns, so this is the result, all you need to do is craft this in the Chemistry Station and be happy.
For the people who asking, I only work with standalone armors and clothings, this won’t replace anything.
Male and female suport.

HOW TO USE

You can craft this on the Chemistry Station in the Utility recipe or in the console command, type the command “help c02 4 armo” without quotes and look for number ID, then type “player.additem ID Number” without quotes. Ex: player.additem 5f000802

MY MODS

Agent Venom
Superboy T-Shirt
Play as Skeleton
Eros the Husky
Stealth Suit
Superman Outfit
Red Hood Outfit
Synth Helmet Mk. II

Courser X-92 Power Suit non-CBBE textures

$
0
0

This mod is for people who would like to use the Courser X-92 Power Suit but prefer to use the vanilla or EVB body. I’ve used the Bodyslide tools provided by ousnius to make the shape as vanilla as possible. There are still some clipping issues that I hope to iron out. The body texture uses the default CBBE texture, which blends well enough with the default textures.

I’ve also included a patch for users of Unique Player and use a CBBE body. The patch simply tells the X-92 armor to get its skin textures from the skin texture folder provided by Unique Player, as opposed to using the base skin textures.

If you use Unique Player but don’t use a CBBE body (like me), then you’ll need to find a CBBE body texture that closely matches your unique player texture.

Classic lore – T-51 to T-60 Armour Swap

$
0
0

======NOTE: I forgot to put the bloody meshes that swapped the appearance of the armours in question in the first place…whoops. If you’ve downloaded the first file, please download version 2 – that is the fixed file!======

I really like the design of the T-51 armour, but for ‘the pinnacle of pre war power armour’ it’s pretty flimsy. Not only is the T-51 meant to be second to none aside from the Advanced Power Armour (aka X-01), it also never seems to last that long, so I swapped it around with the T-60 armour, and renamed the T-60 as the T-48 since it really just looked like an updated rehash of the T-45. Akin to an up-armoured Humvee vs an ordinary one.

It swaps the meshes as well as the names, and the menu icons are also changed to reflect the swap. One downside is that the piezonucleic chest piece is now takes on the appearence of a T-48 torso piece, but then again it only boosts AP regen when being irradiated, so not much was lost to begin with, heh. I haven’t tested it yet, but apparently the Brotherhood all wear T-60s so this should be doubly nice since they should now end up wearing T-51 power armours, which I reckon is a pretty nice throwback to the Brotherhood seen in Fallouts 1 and 2. This also changes a loading screen that mentions the T-60 armour (it simply replaces the text with T-48).

This will conflict with other mods that touch the power armours as well as their armour mods, as those are named to reflect which armour they belong to (e.g. T-48 Headlamp Red Tactical). You’re completely free to make compatibility patches with this mod though. I haven’t tried the swapped armours out with every paint option there was so if there’s any issues you’re completely free to fix them as that kind of stuff is beyond my skills.

ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION that when you first load this mod, the names of existing power armour parts may not update – you have to pick them up then drop them, then pick them up again for the names to change.

NanoHelmet Variations
Fixed errors affecting transparent face plate and female Nanomask (for this version only). Big thanks to chasscz, Alagosir, and lorddraoblade for pointing out the problems, providing important details on the problem (vs. hey this broke, why no work), and helping me troubleshoot.
New variants on the NanoArmor helmet(s) and NanoMasks by Vasstek (produced with full permission from Vasstek to used and edit the resources from his mods).

Two new NanoArmor helmet variations (Vanilla and AWKCR versions).
Helmet with no face plate: Helmet only – original face plate removed. Allows users to equip eyewear and masks from the vanilla game or (BETTER) other mods. NOTE: Due to the nature of the original mesh and the wide variability in headgears, there some clipping does occur with some masks (and maybe some larger eyewears). This is not really noticeable if your helmet and mask/eyewear are the the same base colors (e.g., black helmet & black mask/eyewear), but can be obvious for some items (like the gask mask with goggles) if your helmet color does not match your mask/eyewear.

Helmet with transparent red ballistic glass visor. Additional face wear cannot be equiped with this version for obvious reasons. This was only possible thanks to the brilliant work by those who came before me who figured out how to create the transparent glass effect (see credits).

**NEW FILE – PLEASE REDOWNLOAD (NanoHelmet Variations – NanoArmor 2.0 – Nanosuit 5.0 AWKCR_AE – fixed2), fixed transparent face plate for this version, fixed invisible Nanomask (breather) on female characters**

Nanomask without goggles. I loved the mask with the goggles, but thought it would be nice to be able to wear the mask with other eyewears or alone, similar to a repirator or rebreather. With a bit of mesh editing in outfit studio (again credits and thanks to the creators), that dream became a reality. This is rally the extent of my mesh-related skills, hopefully its enough.
–Requires NanoSuit 5.0–
File name: NanoHelmet Variations – NanoArmor 2.0 – Nanosuit 5.0 AWKCR_AE

Installation
You must install NanoArmor 2.0 (and Nanosuit 5.0 for the Nanomask) BEFORE installing these additional variations.
While each variation uses its own unique mesh, other game assets (i.e., textures and material files are installed by the original master mods and not duplicated here).
If using the AWKC/AE versions, these mods must be installed and active.
Failure to install Master mods will result in CTD.
NanoArmor Helmet Color: Screenshots are for display purposes. Actual NanoArmor Helmet color in your game will be the same as the color you selected when you installed NanoArmor 2.0. The Nanomask breather only comes in black. The blue helmet in screenshots is shown only to demonstrate potential clipping issues.

Crafting
Vanilla Version: Chemistry station, under Utility

AWKCR/AE Versions: Armorsmith workbench, helmets under Armor (nano), Nanomask under Cybertech/Thermoptics.

Note about AWCKR/AE versions: NanoArmor helmets have the vanilla flight cap beneath (as in Gambit77’s Prototypes Extended). If you don’t like the flight helmet underneath the Nanohelmets, it’s easy to remove. Open the esp in FO4edit. In the left side menu – 1) expand the main mod, 2) expand the Armor section, 3) click on the NanoArmor helmet (there are two versions). Now in the right menu, 1) scroll down to Armatures, 2) right click the blank space to the right of the second Armature entry and select remove. That’s the only edit needed. Save and close FO4edit. Now when you restart your game, the flight helmet under the Nanohelmets is gone.

Known Issues
NanoArmor Helmet (no face mask): clipping with some helmet/mask/eyewear combinations, see screenshots (with blue helmet) for examples

NanoBreather: the mesh for the mask was edited in Outfit Studio by me and my extremely limited skills. It was very difficult to get the mask straps “behind” the characters’ ears. The meshes we tested using ONLY the base male and base female heads. The mask looks good on both male and female characters with the NanoAmror helmet and on characters longer/thicker hairs. For shorter hairs, the mask looks ok with the heads I normally use in my own game (see screenshots, but there may be clipping with different head presets. If you have the skill, time, and desire to further edit/improve the fit of the meshes for the Nanomask, please contact me. Happy for any help to improve the look or increase compatibility with different head presets/builds.
